Kevin grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina, and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with degrees in French and Political Science. He then pursued a JD from Duke University School of Law. After briefly working in the legal field, Kevin found he enjoyed studying law much more than practicing it, and transitioned into international higher education — where he discovered his true passion for helping students.
Kevin has over twelve years of experience in university admissions, at both the undergraduate and graduate level. He lived in Hong Kong for over a decade, where he helped local and international students with applications to undergraduate, Master's, MBA, law, and other graduate programs.
As a former admissions officer, Kevin has recruited and reviewed applications from hundreds of students across the globe, bringing unique insights into the admissions process. His admissions experience includes working as Assistant Director of Recruitment and Admissions for the University of Chicago Booth EMBA program.
Outside of work, he enjoys travel, reading, mastering the NYT Games section, and spending time with his partner and two dogs.
