Michelle Lyn King

Michelle was born and raised in south Florida and now lives in Brooklyn. She is a graduate of the MFA program in Creative Writing at Brooklyn College, where she currently teaches in the English department. Michelle is the Editor-in-Chief of Joyland, where she edits stories and essays for the South and Northeast sections of the magazine. Her work has been published in Catapult magazine, Triangle House Review, Joyland, NY Tyrant, and The Rumpus, amongst other publications. She is at work on a novel and is represented by Monika Woods at Triangle House Literacy.
