SU CHO

Su Cho is the author of The Symmetry of Fish (Penguin 2022) which was selected for the 2021 National Poetry Series by Paige Lewis and featured in places like the New York Times Book Review and NPR. Her work has been anthologized in Best American Poetry, Best New Poets, and They Rise Like a Wave: An Anthology of Asian American Women Poets and published in places like New England Review, Poetry, Gulf Coast, swamp pink, and elsewhere. Her editorial includes being Editor-in-Chief of Indiana Review, Cream City Review, and most recently served as guest editor at Poetry magazine.

Born in South Korea and raised in Indiana, a recipient of the 2025 National Endowment of the Arts Fellowship, she currently resides in Nashville, TN where she is an assistant professor of creative writing at Vanderbilt University.
